Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KW Plumbing ("KW Plumbing," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit kwplumbing.com (the "Site"), call or text us, or send us a quote request.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a quote request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, and anything you write in your message. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services it uses automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Cookies, Advertising and Call Tracking
- Google Ads. The Site uses the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure the results of our Google advertising, including when a visitor submits a quote request. Google may use cookies to do this and may use the information under its own privacy policy.
- Call tracking. When you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number shown on the Site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that rings through to us. Google may record call details such as the time, duration and your area code so we can see which ads lead to calls. Calls are not recorded by this feature.
- Google remarketing. Google may use cookies to show you KW Plumbing ads on other websites and apps after you visit the Site, based on that visit.
- Google Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If you block cookies, the Site still works.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where state law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your request, give you a quote, and schedule and complete your plumbing work.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request or job.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep records, protect against fraud or spam, and meet legal requirements.
We do not send marketing text messages from the Site. If you text us, we use your number only to reply to you about your plumbing request.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers quote requests from the Site to our email inbox (FormSubmit privacy policy).
- Google, for email, advertising measurement and call tracking as described above.
- Our website host, which serves the Site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
These providers are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or that of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling (920) 573-1759 or emailing kwplumbing39@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor requests as that law requires.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the quote form.
Children's Privacy
The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
The Site links to other sites, such as our Facebook page. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
